Online Therapy

I offer a range of therapies virtually. Online therapy provides a secure and private way to access psychological services from the comfort of your own home, or wherever you choose to be.

Online therapy is conducted over video calls, similar to in-person sessions, but with the convenience of not requiring travel. I normally use Zoom for these calls.

Many individuals considered online therapy for the first time during the pandemic. It remains a popular option, as it is easier to fit around work and other commitments without travel time. Therapy can sometimes feel easier, safer and more private in your own home, too.

Remote therapy had an established evidence base prior to 2020, but research since then has continued to find that it is just as effective as in-person therapy.

You don't need a referral to start online therapy with me.
